International Combined Driver Chester Weber Launches New Website; 2017 Tournament Schedule Revealed

Ocala, Florida (November 11, 2016) – International Four-in-Hand combined driving champion Chester Weber, of Ocala, Florida, has unveiled his newly streamlined website www.ChesterWeber.com. The fresh, dramatically updated website allows fans from around the world to learn all about Team Weber’s latest competitions, sponsors, and new horses. Additionally, the website features Weber’s 2017 Four-in-Hand tournament schedule.

Weber, a World Equestrian Games Silver Medalist and 13-time U.S. Four-in-Hand National Champion, will commence his 2017 season with national CAI2* competitions, including the Live Oak International CDE on March 7-12. Team Weber will then embark to Europe to take the international stage at hotly contested tournaments including the Royal Windsor Horse Show, the World Equestrian Festival CHIO Aachen, and the FEI World Championships for Four-in-Hand. During the 2016 competition season, Weber triumphed nationally by earning his 13th U.S. Four-in-Hand National Champion title before going on to win top honors at the Drebaku CAI3* tournament in Germany. Weber and Jane F. Clark’s team of matched KWPN geldings then took third place overall in the CAIO4* at CHIO Aachen World Equestrian Festival in Germany before finishing the summer as the top-placed American at the FEI World Four-in-Hand Championships in Breda, the Netherlands.

Weber then returned to his Live Oak Plantation base in Ocala, Florida with two new additions to his talented team. Nobly named Gouvernor is a five-year-old KWPN gelding that was in training with Jan van den Berghe in Weber’s Belgium-based young horse program since he was three years old. The other talented equine welcomed to Team Weber was 10-year-old KWNP gelding Bastiaan, who had been successful competing in pairs competitions with Hungarian driver Kristof Osztertag.

With new horses, a new website, and the same consistent history for victory in the four-in-hand division, the 2017 season is sure to be exciting for both Weber and his supporters.
