Ocala, FL (March 31, 2016)— This year, Chester Weber and Cosequin commemorate a winning partnership 20 years in the making. Team Weber and Cosequin have enjoyed sharing views from atop many of the world’s most prestigious CDE leader boards, including three World Equestrian Games Silver medals, 12 U.S. Equestrian Federation Four-in-Hand Driving National Championships, and the number one slot on the sport’s FEI world rankings.

Cosequin, the number one veterinarian recommended joint health supplement brand for horses, has been integral to the training programs of Team Weber’s top equine athletes (co-owned by Jane Forbes Clark) since 1996. Cosequin, Weber, and Clark reached an extraordinary apex last year with a second consecutive American driving victory at Royal Windsor, topping it off with a personal congratulations from HRH Queen Elizabeth.

Weber has always been grateful to Cosequin for providing his horses with the products that have fueled their championship drive. Weber explains, “Para, for example, has been on Cosequin since 2006 and has continued to be strong and go well into his teens.” The Team Weber regimen includes Welactin® Equine, an Omega-3 supplement supporting overall wellness, and Cosequin® ASU Plus, with Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate, MSM, Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables (ASU), plus high quality Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and Green Tea extract.

“I am a firm believer in keeping horses on programs that include a broad spectrum joint enhancer,” says Weber. “To succeed at national and world levels, it’s necessary to have sound and experienced athletes who show up eager to train. Thanks to Cosequin and its 20 years of care and concern for our horses, I have been able to build teams with experience— because the only way to gain experience is to have horses that want to work.

“I recommend Cosequin to anyone interested in building great horses, because fit horses can perform, and the more they perform, the more experience they gain— it’s essential to developing veteran partners.

“From the very start, one of my older horses showed such an obvious response that it made me a believer in Cosequin products. I have seen the radiographs on some of my older horses improve after using Cosequin, which doesn’t usually happen. There is no question in my mind that it helps horses’ careers last longer.”

Team up with Team Weber and his official Cosequin Marathon Carriage as the team continues to make its bid to qualify for the 2016 World Four-in-Hand Championships in Breda this summer. Follow news, live posts, video and photo galleries, and preferred product reviews at www.chesterweber.com.
